  • Gift cards and promotional bundles

  • Online booking and account management services

These Terms apply to all services and transactions conducted through our studio or website.

2. Booking & Appointments

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments

  • Provide accurate personal and health information at time of booking or consultation

  • Cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee. We reserve the right to decline service in cases of repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All services and products must be paid in full at time of purchase

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash

  • We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help resolve any concerns

Product exchanges may be considered within 14 days for unopened items in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

4. Results & Expectations

Results from skincare treatments and product use vary by individual. While our professionals use high-quality products and advanced techniques, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as complete acne clearance, wrinkle reduction, or skin tone changes.

Client adherence to homecare instructions and treatment consistency will directly influence results.

5. Health & Safety

By booking an appointment or using our products, you confirm that:

  • You do not have any contagious conditions, open wounds, or active infections in the treatment area

  • You will inform your provider of any health conditions, medications, or allergies

  • You understand that some treatments may involve temporary redness, flaking, or sensitivity

We reserve the right to refuse service if any conditions may compromise your safety or that of our staff.

6. Privacy Policy

All personal information collected through our booking system or website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties without consent.

7. Promotions, Offers & Subscriptions

Occasionally, we may offer discounts, flash sales, or bundled services. All promotional pricing:

8. Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards are:

  • Redeemable only at ‘ili Essentials

  • Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated

Store credit issued for canceled appointments or service adjustments must be used within 6 months.

All content on iliessentials.com—including text, logos, photography, service names, and designs—is the intellectual property of ‘ili Essentials and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. SMS & Email Communication

By submitting your information on our website or booking platform, you consent to receive:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Occasional marketing messages via SMS or email

  • Exclusive promotional offers and product updates

You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS or clicking “unsubscribe” in emails.
